I’ve been a massive fan of the podcast since the beginning, it has completely changed my life, I’ve learnt so much about health and wellness as a whole not just intermittent fasting, with each co-host change has brought new insights and opportunities to learn different aspects of fasting, very grateful for all that you do, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you ladies, it has been an invaluable help and support as I’m sure every listener would agree, love love love the show, look forward to each episode, keep up the fantastic work!

Too many ads

Used to love this podcast, I stopped listening because of the crazy amount of ads. I tried to send an old episode to a friend (old episodes didn’t used to have ads) and she said she never finished listening because of the ads. I said there was none back then but low and behold, 9 minutes of add at the start and 17 minutes in total for a 45 minute episode. Over 1/3 ads. Guys you are ruining this podcast..
Too much banter and advertising

Tried really hard to hang in there but after more than thirty minutes of banter and advertising, I gave up. I couldn’t even remember what the content was supposed to be. Such a shame and very disappointing.
