Life changer!

This podcast has changed my life. I’ve recently done my first challenge through this podcast and it’s gotten me out of maintenance and into weight loss.

I’ve been binge listening to this podcast for the last three months and it’s encouraging. I’m now at the point where I am able to act rather than wait for inspiration to hit. Definitely looking forward to being up to date on the episodes and achieving my goals.
