Her work has evolved from nutritional approaches to reversing Anxiety, Burnout and IBS to showing women what is possible for them through the power of the mind by tapping into mental rehearsal and visualization.

Wonderful podcast for women

This podcast covers many different areas of health for every day women in a really approachable way. I love the focus on stress management in the recent episodes as this is really a root cause of many issues for women.

Great length. Great content.

Kate’s podcast episodes offer such helpful and practical advice whilst also being short enough to actually listen to in their entirety. I found the podcast around hormonal cycles particularly helpful. Great guests and a passionate and knowledgeable host. Really love this.
