To many fitness podcasts make outrageous claims on bizarre pseudo topics and try to act like the jack of all trades...Not these two, who are purely jacked!

Their entertaining, lighthearted and informative shows are always packed with lols and they will quickly make you wanna hit that juicy SUBSCRIBE button faster than crazy eyes Delta Goodrem swinging her chair wildly around on the Voice!

Because we all know that 99% of the time you’ll find yourself listening to a podcast is during mind numbing commute to work or on a endless long road trip.. Don’t pretend you enjoy listening to Joe Rogan talking to a MMA fight guy you’ve probably never heard of or perhaps washed up D list comedy friend.. Its time to get woke and get listening to the Mind Muscle Project.

These guys have the most balanced approach to health and fitness. Deep technical knowledge yet easy to apply. They have an appreciation of aesthetics but are focussed on performance. They are based in evidence but not afraid to experiment with emerging ideas. They discuss serious content but are also jovial and entertaining. Absolutely could not recommend a better podcast.
