Elisa has predicted the future many times.
She predicted the winner of The Voice, Australia 2019 and 2020, MasterChef Australia 2020, and the US Presidential Election 2020, using the Maven Data method. That was just for fun in her spare time.
We talked about this and so much more during this podcast – including the use of social media and multiple other reference points that can be uses to measure human sentiment and emotion to predict future behaviour.
Elisa launched Maven Data in June 2020 (during Covid) as the world’s first AI-powered strategic market research agency that predicts the future without bias. Ep 108 - How to be better at the NOW of work w: Donna McGeorge.
It was fabulous to hear the multiple facets of Donna’s past–from childhood through work–what she has learnt about herself and ultimately how all these experiences have resulted in her being one of the best in the business.
Donna is passionate about making work work and enhancing a large amount of time we spend in our workplace (too much, for many) to ensure it is effective and productive, as well as enjoyable...so that ultimately, we become better humans outside of work.
We discuss:-How COVID-19 created a new ‘Adaptive Capacity’ that has unlocked the opportunity to operate differently-The importance of carving off 20% of your day to stop, think and create-Why a crucial part of unleashing our own brilliance is to identify when we do our best work and to give ourselves permission to structure our days around this awareness-The need to continually learn from others BUT to not let this limit you.
Donna has authored 8 books and her CV includes Manager of Theatre, Sports & ConcertTours for the UK-based Keith Prowse; Asia–Pacific Organisational Development Manager for Ford Motor Company in Shanghai, China; as well as roles at Telstra, Qantas & Ernst & Young. She has worked with managers and leaders throughout Australia and Asia–Pacific for over 20yearsdeliveringpractical skills, training, workshops and facilitation to corporates—such as Nissan Motor Company, Jetstar, Medibank Private and Ford Motor Company—so they learn to manage their people well and produce great performance and results. Her mantra: when we decide to be intentional, we can surprise ourselves with what we can achieve.
Ep 107 - Work does not have to be about survival w: Paul Farina
Obsessed with helping high-achievers progress their work without sacrificing health, relationships, and future opportunities. Paul Farina is an Educator and the Author of The Rhythm Effect: A leader's guide in team performance. In recent times, Paul's latest research delves into the value of 'being in sync' with each other, our environments, systems, and products.
Finding rhythm is the absence of doubt, hesitation, and friction - all things Paul has experienced as an ex-professional athlete, a Health Practitioner, a Business Owner, and a Corporate Leader. Listen in as Paul shares:
-His own journey with burnout and the hard work ethic instilled to him as a child

Ep 106 - Mastering the muscle of humanity w: Kiri-Maree Moore
Imagine Sir Richard Branson tapping you on the arm, looking you in the eye and telling you, ‘I see you’!
Well that’s exactly what happened to Kiri-Maree Moore
Kiri-Maree is on a mission. She challenges all of us to master the muscle of humanity and human intelligence, to put humanity at the centre of decision making. Only then does she believe that we will truly be able to close the gap from problem to solution as we unlock the unlimited potential and possibility that exists within all of us.
Kiri-Maree is a global influencer, innovator and future thinker. She partners with world leaders from leading companies, successful entrepreneurs, cutting edge innovators and global movements.
But as she shares in this podcast – her life has been one of extremes. From a traumatic childhood and teen life to now leaving a legacy as a nomadic CEO, a wife, a mama of 6 and a Gigi to three grandkids. These extremes have given Kiri-Maree a unique perspective and super power; an ability to disrupt patterns and turn ‘It’s impossible’ into ‘what if we could!’
So much to love in this conversation. I left feeling inspired, motivated and fuelled up to commit to being part of the change. I hope you do too.

Ep 104 - The truth about confidence and what it really takes w: Erika Cramer, Queen of Confidence
My favourite quote from this podcast is, ‘Perfection erodes connection.’
How often has this got in the way of your confidence, of your self-belief, of your courage to step up and unleash your brilliance?
Erika is an international confidence coach and popular 5 star podcast host.
Described as ‘The Cardi B of the personal development world’, Erika is a full-flavoured, spicy inspirational speaker, with a large dose of heart and humour. After surviving many traumatic experiences, from childhood sexual abuse, being in and out of the foster care system, car accidents and a whole lot of loss, Erika is a beaming and beautiful example of how you can heal your personal story to transform trauma into triumph; to transform self-doubt into brilliance.
So many gems in this episode including conversations around:
- How the pressure we put on ourselves is a killer of confidence
- The need to give the inner voice the airtime it needs – because your life is already telling you about the work you need to do to change things up
- Why we need to constantly question who we are
- The best ROI is always the investment you make in yourself
