Good, but could be more succinct

Good knowledge from the guests but host tends to waffle on it a lot, adding minimal extra content. Would be better as a pure Q&A and skipping host’s monologues

Host and guest both waffle on about utter trivia and provide very little useful info. Was hoping for some insights into the latest thinking on performance nutrition and some practical tips to meal prep meals for optimal performance. Host needs to ask better questions and edit heavily post interview
Awesome expert guests and very knowledgeable host

This is definitely my favourite podcast for up to date and in-depth analysis on the science behind any area of sport/performance nutrition. It is far more detailed and science heavy than any of the other nutrition and sports performance podcasts out there and that’s exactly what I love about it. Laurent is an amazing host and an incredibly knowledgeable guy who always seems to be able to find the most necessary and applicable questions to ask his guests 11/10 great podcast! Keep up the good work Laurent!!
Less waffle

The guests are awesome, interesting and relevant - just such a shame that the host has to talk about himself and his opinions so much, and repeats the same point numerous times. Let the guests do the talking and it would be so much better !!
