Welcome to Your True Self! 

I’m Jaci, Certified Transformation Coach & Mentor. I’m also a Gemini, a Projector and all round people lover. 

The intention for Your True Self is to share real life stories with you. Both my own and other incredible humans. Not the glossy ‘instagram’ worthy side of stories, but the real & raw truths of what life has thrown at us and how we have overcome our biggest obstacles and created a life where we now show up as our true self. 

Something I’ve learnt through my own healing and transformative journey, is that the only way to heal, to truly move forward and discover who we truly are, is to acknowledge and release everything that’s happened to us. 

I’m not going to bullshit you and say that it’s easy - because it’s not. It’s the hardest fucking things I’ve ever had to do… It’s lonely. It’s isolating. It’s confronting.. And when you think you’ve got no more tears to cry, more come… 

But, it is the MOST REWARDING thing you will ever do. It’s the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. 

If you met me 5 years ago, you wouldn’t think I was the same person, and I’ll share more with you about my journey in the following episodes, including ‘my life in a nutshell’ in episode one. 

What you’ll learn about me, if you don’t already know, is that I’m not here for surface level shit. I want to see YOU! This is the same for my family, friends, clients and anyone else in my community. 

Throughout this podcast I’m going to be real & raw with you and I’ll share tips, tricks and strategies that I’ve learnt along the way, and talk about topics that people shy away from, to support you with your journey

So for now, I want you to know that you get to live a life that lights you up. 

You get to celebrate yourself. 

It’s safe (and definitely not arrogant) to love yourself. 

You are allowed to put yourself first.

I want you to embrace every part of you and every emotion you have - and not just live in a box that is deemed acceptable by society - because FUCK THAT! 

Let’s start living with no limitations. 

Let’s start living in alignment with who we really are. 

Let’s start chasing our dreams.
