Lessons from therapy, on-the-go

I’m incredibly grateful I found this podcast. It’s like the lessons from therapy all in one place. I’ve saved a few episodes that I can go back to to remind myself of certain great ways of dealing with things; which the hosts explain in a well-considered and compassionate way.

I praise the hosts for the breadth of topics they cover and look forward to hearing more.
