Loved this!

Really loving this podcast. It has given me the feels, especially understanding kate & her story. Especially the episode about family, it helped me understand how I feel is okay, as I to have a family member is an addict.

Totally honest and inspiring

Kate, we watched you and loved you on IDOL. You are highly articulate and emotionally intelligent.
Reality shows need to take some responsibility for what happens after the show ends!

I hope everyone can find hope in listening to you.
Claudia as the interviewer, you rock. Props to you for asking probing questions in a sensitive way.

Extraordinary

I just binge listened to this podcast. I have been a sister and now mother to a loved one in addiction. I have also worked as a drug and alcohol counsellor. Kate does a beautiful job of articulating the journey from an addicts point of view. I cried when I listened to her siblings as I too have felt what they felt and had those big emotions. But I cried for Kate’s Mum as I have also been there too and it’s so different to being a sibling. Being the mother of someone in active addiction is the most heartbreaking thing in the world. Thank you Kate and Claudia for this wonderful podcast. Addiction and Mental Health issues do not discriminate and I am so happy that you are recovering and have found happiness in your life ! You deserve it! Can’t wait to listen to your new music, your voice is extraordinary!
