#75 - How I Reset over the Holidays
Welcome back to 2023! I am rested, rejuvenated, and ready to be back... but there was a time where I didn't think that would happen! You see... I was limping to the line at the end of 2022, and it snuck up on me in a big big way.
Todays episode dives into the why behind my reset, and how I actually achieved it. In there I chat about my free download for TIME FINDING, which you can find here, and discuss how my online presence and coaching work as a professional working mum health disruptor is going this year.
This year I want to support as many women as I can to live the knowledge, let me know how I can support you!
#74 - Laura Campbell - From London to HipSurfers
Todays episode is with the effervescent Laura Campbell from HackerLily - a company bringing her very well designed and super supportive HipSurfer to Australian shores. Laura has worked with some of the worlds' largest companies in a creative manner, and after moving back to Australia with her young family, she realised there was a massive gap in the market for a strap free and stylish hip-style seat for our kids.
We chat about Laura's invention, but more than that, we talk about the working mama juggle. The good bits, the tricky bits, and the ones that make you thankful that you have a supportive partner to lean on too. You can get special access by joining her waitlist, www.hackerlily.com and make sure you follow her on instagram, as this is where she shares all of her amazing things. @_hackerlily
Laura is equally as full of energy as I am, and I hope that you really get that vibe from our chat today. I feel very lucky that we have come into each others orbit, and that I have had a sneak preview of the amazing hipsurfer in action. Enjoy our chat, I'd love to hear your feedback.
#73 - Can you GIVE too much?
When did you just have that blinding realisation that you have given too much? That you've suddenly ended up with too much going on in your world, and you are, once again, at the bottom of the pile.
Or you've just continued to say YES to people without thinking about it's impact on you?
With the kids?
In today's episode I have a chat about the powerlessness in overgiving, and how, when we over give, eventually something has to break. I look at the ways we can identify overgiving within ourself, and some small step forwards that may help to change it up for you. And I talk about my most recent overgiving... yep, kids birthdays get me hardcore into overgiving territory? What's your kryptonite in this land?
#72 - Eve Drew - Creating Her Health Collective
Eve Drew is an amazing woman with a story of grit, determination and life-changing decisions. I was fortunate to meet Eve in Uluru this year, and I really wanted to have her on the podcast to share her journey from a practice owner, through some really tough times, to creating a support process for women health professionals.
Eve is a podiatrist based in Regional Victoria, starting her first business at age 23. She has spent the last 20 years starting, growing and selling businesses, and now works to help other women launch and scale their health businesses.
She has experienced overwhelm and burnout in her career, making her a great woman to chat to about working mum life. She defines success as freedom. Freedom to live life on our terms and create a life that we love. You can find out more about Eve at www.herhealthcollective.com.au or follow her on insta @herhealth_collective.
