Ep 06. Tom Fulton, trainer and promoter based in Romania, Eastern Europe

Ep 06. Tom Fulton, trainer and promoter based in Romania, Eastern Europe

Guest of this episode is trainer and promoter Tom Fulton, originally from Scotland but currently based in Romania, where he runs the first ever Romanian professional wrestling promotion (and school), RWA - Romanian Wrestling Alliance.

During our chat we initially talked about he used to hit the road with Nikki Cross and others to get trained all over the UK as well as being encouraged by his main mentor Killain Dain to start training aspiring workers in Romania, where he had to relocate some years ago.

Later on we discussed our different experiences in México, which is still a sort of uncharted territory for majority of European performers.

We also talked on how risky it could be - for the dignity of our Art - to participate in some TV shows (Romania's Got Talent)...!

And then we got to the juice of our chat: how do you run a Professional Wrestling company in a country with no Professional Wrestling tradition at all? How do you start from scratch in a territory like that? What's his best piece of advice for fellow promoters? Also, the struggles to find a venue, to get a proper Professional Wrestling ring and much more.

Long story short? It doesn't matter the role: if you are in the Professional Wrestling industry you DO need to listen to this episode!

Ep. 04 Tony Knox, Wrestling Photographer from England

Guest of this episode is Tony Knox from England and - trust me! - he shared lots of true gems while chatting with yours truly!

Tony told highlighted how important everyone is in our industry, stressing that people with crap attitude don't stand long (understood, everybody?! Good..!) and gave some nice advice to other photographers in our industry as well as to wrestlers working photographers.
