I have been grateful enough to help some very successful people in my career for their part of estate planning, which is still going. I have learned a lot while working with these personalities and come across many success stories which have inspired me and helped me transform my life. We are unique and all of us have the spark needed to make our life inspirational. But the only deciding factor here is that whether or not we bring out that spark. With this podcast, I am sharing the habits of successful people. I am asking questions we all are eager to know the answers to! TIA for listening!

    Hassan Bouadar

Success doesn’t ever come if you stop trying to reach it. The basic tenet of those who wish to succeed is to be willing to fail. You must take 100% responsibility for EVERYTHING you experience in life. We learn from our failures. A successful person accepts personal responsibility and takes the creator role in their lives. No one can change our lives but ourselves. We are the master of our own universe!! Everything we want in life involves risks. The purpose of planning is not to eliminate risks but to choose the right one. I believe that a successful person has a high level of self-management and are consistently planning and taking purposeful actions in pursuit of their goals and dreams. They know what it is that they want, and have a plan or know what steps they need to take in order to achieve them. Today we have one such guest that a lot of people look up to, Mr. Hassan Bouadar, who has achieved some significant milestones during my time at FedEx. The VP of legal, regulatory and human resources at FedEx, his journey started out as an intern at the same organization and he has had an immensely inspiring journey rising through the ranks. Now handling over eighty-five countries, Hassan achieved some significant milestones during my time at FedEx. Starting his career in 2005 with FedEx as an intern, he progressed to be one of the best employees and achieved Five Star, the company’s highest award, and that too, twice. A natural-born leader, Hassan has honed his abilities by ‘rolling up his sleeves’ and taking up every challenge that comes his way. He is a man who leads by example. A bold leader who is not only a ‘team player’ but a true professional who can make the hard decisions, and I am beyond honored to have him agree to contributing a few minutes of his time to our podcast.

    Mohomed Morani

Entertainment industry is full of ups and downs and one of the most unpredictable businesses of all time. It's a whole different ball game when it comes to dealing with the show biz and today's guest is one of the masters of this game. A very special guest, a friend, and one of the best people I've come across in the entertainment business, Mr. Mohammed Morani! Mohammed has been in the film industry for nearly four decades and is the director of the very famous, Cineyug entertainments. Having started his career in the family business of fireworks and then introducing modern technical innovations; Mr. Morani made his family legacy the pioneers in this 57-year-old company, thereby establishing a distinguished position for himself. Endowed with a keen sense of understanding and an eye for detail, his company has given us top quality movieslike “Arjun”, “Damini”, and “Raja Hindustani”. These are some movies that we'll cherish for life. Cineyug has worked with top artists like Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt, SriDevi, Anupam Kher, and Satish Kaushik, the reigning stars of then blockbusters like ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak’, ‘Rocky’ and ‘Mr. India’. He has brought together the biggest names in Bollywood like Mr. Shah Rukh Khan, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Mr. Salman Khan, Mr. Aamir Khan, and many more to perform live across the globe in various events. With these top rated projects, and his excellent skills in this area, he clearly defined his place in the show biz. He holds the badge of over 4000 shows and events across the world and believes that ambition when blended with humility works wonders. More than four decades of experience and such great qualities! I'm so so grateful to have such a visionary guest on my podcast today and I'm so sure that this conversation will open the doors to both, nostalgia and knowledge!
