Knowing about Employee Resource Groups (ERG) is vital to developing a robust Talent Strategy in the DEI puzzle. In this third episode of the second season, I invite five incredible colleagues and friends to talk about the advantages of the ERG. They all belong to "Juntos Podemos," the ERG that promotes, engages, and develops Hispanic/Latin American talent within AMS.
Through the episode, you will have the opportunity to understand what ERG stands for, the benefits, the roadmap this team followed to implement "Juntos Podemos," and especially this month when we celebrate "Hispanic Heritage Month" they also share marvelous experiences of how they live and prepare this celebration.
