20 Minute Cardio Session
Enjoy some heart rate elevation with four intervals as we take a look at your why

30 Min Cardio + One Good Thing
Still a bit under the weather, but we must keep MOVING!
My voice will improve, thanks for your patience.
After the warmup, we’ll do one song at a 4/10 intensity level, one at a 5/10, one at a 6/10 pace.
Then we’ll do a Tabata… and finish with a song at a 6 pace and another song at a 5 pace and you’ll be on your way for an awesome day!
Plus we’ll play a FUN game called “One Good Thing”!! -
12 minute cardio workout
You get to pick your favorite type of cardio, indoors, or outdoors, machine, or bodyweight. This is perfect for walking, jogging, running, or any stationary machine based cardiovascular exercise.
Today we will run through five quick intervals once you complete, check in with me at 513-325-0886. -
