Shannon is a K-5 Physical Education Teacher at Rainer Elementary School in Kingsland GA.

Hannah was coaching the Girls High School Soccer & Wrestling teams when she was offered the opportunity to try something new. and has now found a passion for teaching and coaching kids Fitness classes at Black Canyon Crossfit.

Kathy is a true inspiration with her infectious happiness and the best guest to have for a Thanksgiving week episode. She truly stays focused on the good and is thankful for every situation life has thrown her way. Even after losing her mom at a young age she found a way to be resilient and look at all the gifts her mom and life was blessing her with. It was our honor to have her on and we hope you enjoy our truly thankful episode.
