It's Glenn from Sauna Times! Just like superheroes have origin stories – so does Glenn Auerbach, the author of Sauna Times blog and Sauna Talk podcast.



In this session, we uncover Glenn’s transformation from a sojourner in Europe to a sauna builder and author, whose work has inspired thousands to realise their sauna dreams. 



We also take a mental trip through America’s sauna belt, hear about what drives him and the amazing human connections he’s built along his journey.
