In times when your feeling like sh** being kind to yourself is so hard, yet its times like this that we need to be more kinder towards ourselves.

Don’t get me wrong it is not easy to do this when you are going through difficult times, situations and all you want to do is give up and let it all go…

But let our strength from within be the power to heal our pains, be in peace with yourself because inside you is that strength, that inner energy that will take you back to you.

That is why loving yourself is a must and always know that no one else is like you.

When you are going through a lot in life and things are not how you want it to be, it is easy to feel down and I wanted to do this podcast to encourage you because you truly are amazing l, one of a kind and there is no one else like you!

An example lately is that I have started getting to a place where I will be ok and I will be doing what I want to do with my life and that when happened in the past is done!

It is time to live, to go for what I want, to no longer let others affect me to the point that I let it stop me from doing the things that I want to do!

Lately I am learning to let go of those who do not want the best for me, to let go of those who are hurtful to my being, to let them go so that I can live a better life that I and my family so deserve!

We cannot live our lives for others especially those who want to do us harm.

So this podcast today is to say that You have greatness within you, that you matter and we cannot wait to see all the great things that you will be sharing with us!

I suffered from depression after I had my first daughter when I was 19 years old and I told her dad that I was pregnant. He said it’s my body, do whatever I want to do with it. I also found out that he was with another woman, who was also pregnant at the same time.

I had no support like other moms as I was not in a good place with my adopted mom and I did not know who my real mom was.

At 19, I did not know it all yet, I was not given the help that I needed to bring up a baby and being alone with no one else to turn to was so hard that it led me to having a depression that is one of many.

The second time was when my relationship with my 2 youngest kids' dad had broken down, as well as other issues with my family that were too much to handle.

But it’s at this point that I started learning to love myself, that I had to learn to take care of myself and my two kids.

So yup, ever since then, I have always shared Self Lovers because we deserve to give ourselves that love and it has to start within first.

So, love yourself always, Self Lovers ❤️
