Today on my second solo podcast we touched on the subject of consistency.  This is a subject that was suggested from one of my question boxes on my instagram stories after seeing what you as an audience would like to hear about and I think its a great subject that can be related to fitness and why a lot of people struggle commit to self growth whether it be to grow muscle or lose weight and can easily give up after not seeing results after a month or two even though they feel they have been sticking to a nutrition plan or training plan to some extent.  

Consistency I feel can correlate to a lot of subjects that I want to talk about over the next few months so I thought it would be good to talk on the subject sooner rather than later in my podcast series. So let’s cover what it means to be ‘consistent’ - what being consistent can help you to achieve, and what you can implement to help you if you struggle with the overall act of consistency.
