33: Get out of your comfort zone

What is something that really really challenges you, makes you so nervous you could almost throw up, and puts you completely out of your comfort zone? For me, it is definitely being on camera and filming myself. And that's why I decided to start filming my podcast Yoga by Nicole! Because if we don't do things that scare us, and go to places that make us really really uncomfortable, we stay stuck in the same place, we don't grow, and we don't experience anything new.  That's why I also decided to tell you what specifically helped me to take that step out of my comfort zone, sharing with you my 5 most important tips! I hope you will enjoy this episode, and if you watch the video, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxoGKJ4sueI&t=24s

I'd love to hear your feedback, and you can always write to me on Instagram @yogabynicole_ or on my website www.yogabynicole.com

32: 5 ways to shift your focus

We have such a strong tendency of focusing on all the things that are not going right in our lives, all the things that are missing, and everything we dislike about ourselves. A lot of our attention and focus is consumed by negative and simply unnecessary stuff that doesn't make us feel better in any way, but quite the contrary makes us unhappy and miserable. Shifting our focus on the things that we actually really want our attention to go is therefore one of the most important things, and in this week's episode, I'm talking you through 5 different ways of shifting your focus to where you want it to go!

I hope you'll enjoy it!! Sending you lots of love 3

30: How to create a morning routine that will change your life

Having a morning routine was for the longest time something that couldn't be more unrealistic for me to establish in my life. I loved to snooze as long as possible and then just rush into my day. I still can't believe I was able to create a morning routine that I now really stick to and that has been of the most transforming things in my life, and if I can do it, then you can definitely too! In this week's episode, I tell you all about why you absolutely should have a morning routine in your life, what my routine looks like, and how I was able to make it a fixed habit. I hope you'll enjoy this episode, and I would love to hear what you think, and what your mornings currently look like! 29: The secrets of natural skin care: Interview with Mette Skjærbæk, founder of Karmameju

I can’t wait to introduce to you my podcast guest for this week, someone I so so much wanted to get on here, and which I’ve been talking about in previous episodes, and it is Mette Skjærbæk, who is the founder of Karmameju, one of the most successful Danish skin care brands. Mette is also a former model, a mom of three girls, and one of the most inspiring women I’ve met, and this interview is definitely so full of inspiration and knowledge, of course all around Skincare and how we can take best care of it and her absolute top tips, but also so interesting insights into her life, how she founded her own company, and just the person she is. So, I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!

Don’t forget to check out karmameju.com (especially the blog)

    and Mette’s Instagram @mette_karmameju_skincare

Also don’t forget to subscribe to the podcast and leave me a review on Apple Podcast, that would mean so much to me!
