    205. The 3P Framework: Master these 3 Ps to increase money and impact

The magic 3Ps - A purpose-driven, profitable business that makes impact and money comes down to these!
In this episode, host Adina Appelbaum, Esq., AFC®, introduces the "3P Framework" – Purpose, People, and Profit – to help entrepreneurs increase both their financial success and social impact. She shares insights on the power of building a purpose-driven, people-centered, profitable business that empowers you to make money and impact. She covers how to get clarity on your purpose, who the people are you are most excited to help, and the importance of profit (including how to work through aversion to the concept of it). Adina tells the story of her personal journey of starting an online business in 2018, and the challenges she faced with traditional bro marketing approaches -- which focused only on making money at all costs, with no consideration of people or impact. She then details the process of moving away from conventional, profit-driven strategies to develop a more value-aligned approach, and how she discovered the 3P methodology through these frustrations. The episode dives into defining purpose, understanding the needs of your target audience, and embracing profit as a means to sustain and amplify one's business mission. Adina emphasizes the importance of integrating these components to create a sustainable and impactful business. Tips and strategies for connecting with your purpose, identifying and serving your ideal clients, and ethical profit-making are provided to guide listeners in their heart-centered, impact-driven and profitable entrepreneurial journeys. 00:00 Introduction to the 3 Ps 02:16 My personal Journey and Realizations in Online Business 06:42 Discovering Purpose 11:59 Focusing on People 21:41 Understanding Profit 28:56 Conclusion and Next Steps Resources mentioned in this episode: *Free Numerology guide: https://internationalempowerment.ac-page.com/gift *Join HOME - free community group for heart-centered entrepreneurs & immigrants (members receive early access to all podcast episodes before they are published, behind the scenes insights, and occasional pop up coaching days!) https://www.internationalempowerment.com/freegroup *For new entrepreneurs: MISSION - Find your business "thing" + set the world alight with your heart https://www.internationalempowerment.com/mission *For entrepreneurs launching & growing: IMPACT Marketing & Sales Strategic Planning Intensive https://www.internationalempowerment.com/impact

    204. Why resistance is GOLD in finance and business

Resistance is one of the BEST indicators of where we need to grow. With finances and business, it’s completely normal to feel resistance. It comes in different forms for each of us — whether it be avoidance, being a busy fool overworking on unimportant things, procrastination, exhaustion, or getting caught up on minor tasks that simply don’t move the needle. Most of us have been taught that when we have these negative-feeling symptoms of resistance, we should doubt ourselves, feel fear about the unknown, or shut down. But what the actual truth is that resistance is a gift. Because usually whatever is on the other side of that resistance — whatever outcome there would be if we were able to move through the resistance and go do the damn thing — is a MAJOR opportunity. The more the resistance, the bigger the opportunity. This is because our brains are designed to keep us safe. Our brains cannot distinguish things that push us outside of our comfort zone from actual danger. This is particularly true for things that will free us from the cage of societal barriers, generational patterns, and personal stories that keep us stuck from the abundance and financial freedom we each deserve. So the next time you feel massive resistance to something in your finances or business, welcome it with open arms. It’s telling you where your next big opportunity lays. It's telling you what will actually move the needle! Few people in the world truly understand this truth. And even fewer take action to move through resistance intentionally so they can get to the gold on the other side. Learning how to quickly reframe negative thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and stories about money and business is critical so you can cross that bridge to financial empowerment and make the impact you’re meant to make through your purpose. You don’t have to go through this alone. Join HOME, our free community group for heart-centered entrepreneurs and immigrants pursing wealth and impact: https://www.internationalempowerment.com/freegroup/ Listeners receive early access episodes and community space to connect with like-minded individuals who value financial peace of mind and freedom, balance, and making a difference in the world.

    203. What is heart centered sales?

Seeing icky used car salesman-like sales my whole life had left a bad taste in my mouth. 🤢💡 But over the years, I realized: Done with high integrity from the heart, sales is an act of service.💟 What is heart-centered sales?Heart-centered sales is the act of offering your gifts, value, and purpose with the people that you’re meant to help, with integrity, in line with your values and ethics. It’s what allows us to go from dreaming of making a difference in the world to receiving the compensation to be able to go actually do it.❌ Heart-centered sales is NOT:…selling to people that you are not confident you can actually help, from a place of desperation lacking integrity 🤮….selling because you’re focused on needing the money (rather than serving from the heart) 😖💟 Heart-centered sales is selling because this is what allows you to deliver your offer (whether it is a service or product), that can make your ideal clients’ lives, and the world, better. It’s:💜 Selling because you give a shit💜 Selling because you have personally experienced the problem that your ideal client is facing now, and you remember in your body the deep pain, frustration, anxiety, overwhelm, sleepless nights, angry fights, hopelessness, and fear that it caused you and your family in the past.💜 Selling because you are not here to mess around.💜 Selling because you have a problem to SOLVE.💜 Selling because your heart knows that this is what you are meant to share with the world.
💜 Selling because you have a MISSION.💜 Selling selling is what allows you to deliver it….to finally get to the part that really matters: helping people and improving their livesKnowing this difference between icky and heart-centered sales can help you get out of your own way, not charging your value or selling at all -- whether it be standing up for how much you deserve to be paid in your current or future business, or showcasing your worth at work. ➡️ Message me @adinaappelbaum on IG and let me know how this episode resonates!P.S. 198. How to turn fear into faith: Trump shooting & the 2024 election

Trump got shot. Fist bumping in the air as he walked away alive, for his supporters this has left an unforgettable image of him as a survivor and leader. For me at least, this has made it all the more real the 2024 election is coming and brought up a lot of fear. While I've been strategically planning for months around preparing for a potential Trump administration, I didn't let myself feel the fear of that possibility myself until I saw the video of Trump walking away with his fist raised after being shot. I immediately felt in my gut what this moment in history will mean for his supporters. For the people I focus on supporting in my financial empowerment work -- immigrants and heart-centered dreamers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs -- learning how to transform fear into faith couldn’t be more important in these times. The biggest danger we face is losing hope -- of what better future is possible. Tapping into faith is one way we can start to prepare for whatever is to come. So that we can continue to be in a place of expansion and abundance and take steps toward building a better future - for ourselves, our families, our communities, and a more welcoming world. >> In this episode, learn a step-by-step process I have started to go through personally to begin to transmute that fear into faith, and how you can do the same. >> We're not meant to do this alone. That's why I've recently started a new free private community group for heart-centered entrepreneurs and immigrants, called HOME, to dig into financial empowerment topics together no matter what’s going on in the world. Join at https://www.internationalempowerment.com/freegroup Members get to connect with like-minded individuals and receive early access to & behind the scenes episodes of the Finance Business & Purpose podcast + request episodes on whatever topics they need most.
