My personal notes:] Expect them to give effort Mental toughness to persevere and sustain what we’re asking them to do Responsible enough to execute and do it the way were asking them to do it None of those things take any ability to give effort. It’s a mindset it’s an attitude. I am going to go as hard as I can go. I’m going to do the best I can Mental toughness- it’s going to be difficult... When you do things that are difficult it helps you get better Pay attention-everyone in this room should be looking at me right now I’m teaching you something. God didn’t make winners, god didn’t make losers – god made choosers  Succeeding in this business is like a metaphor for life I’m gonna help you be more successful…what is being successful Consistency- need to know what you want to accomplish. Passion – important to you Invest your time is doing something that is going to help you get to your goal or spend your time. spending time is playing games on your phone (accomplishes nothing) You get what you put into this business Perseverance – stick with things and learn from experiences. Are you going to take criticism as criticism or as someone trying to teach you something and make you better I am never criticizing you – we are correcting you The best opportunity to learn is when you make a mistake You cant have great victories in life without adversity – adversity is what makes it a challenge Your always selling something – are you selling confidence or selling shy. Look people right in the eye The way you present yourself What are you selling today - ? Are you selling positive energy? Or negative energy? Relentless competitor- have to be – Friday the 13 – can’t kill em – relentless Are you getting the picture? Always coming back, always coming back – resilient Character- accumulations of your thoughts and priorities – affects the choices you make – it’s all about choices in life that lead to your results Priorities/discipline – Pain of discipline or pain of disappointment What your supposed to ,when you’re supposed to do it  the way you’re supposed to do it- you’ll always going to be disappointed – failure Discipline, relentless and pride Habits My goal is to give you have a better chance of succeeding Fatigue makes cowards of us all- Mindset is the most important thing- You gotta have a vision – know what you want to do . To accomplish that vision – You know there is something that you’re supposed to do it – can you make your self do it – that discipline- or something you know you’re not supposed to do it It’s your decisions or choices Respect and trust your co-workers Are you drivin to be the best at what you do? Be where your feet are ! in the moment- not the past good or bad ( complacency ) Today !! Today!! Complacency is the killer of success-poison Human beings are designed to survive or average – Human nature It’s special to be great You have to be uncomfortable to be successful Create an atmosphere that gives our employees a chance to be successful Leadership: the ability to affect and influence someone else for their benefit. Not manipulate people for your benefit- You have to care about people. They don’t care about what you know until they know you care. When you let negative people talk about negative things all day , ask them what are they selling today ? People have to know what the expectation is so they can be accountable to them
