Balanced Meal Plan

I’ve always struggled with my weight especially in the last few years. I would always crave sweets and would constantly binge on chocolate. Since I’ve been working with Lara and using her Balanced meal plan I realized that those cravings have lessened and the weight is slowly coming off.
