Do you have any unpopular opinions? I certainly do, especially about things in the health and wellness space. Today I’m going to share 6 of my counter-cultural opinions - things that I stand behind with conviction. Some of these might surprise you because they are in such stark contrast to what our society tells us is “healthy.”

More than anything, I hope that this episode will give you permission to be a more critical consumer of information in the health and wellness space and to question the things that we hear that we “should” do for ourselves. 

Health isn’t a black-and-white issue. There is so much gray area in between. Things that are helpful for some people might not be for others - and that’s ok! As you (hopefully) are rebuilding trust with yourself, you’ll develop the confidence to do what’s right for YOU (without diet culture telling you how to do it).
