Customer Reviews
Great range of topics, lots of practical applications
I learned about this podcast through a friend who works in higher education and started to listen because the topics are of interest and I like the host’s style. She shares stories authentically, openly sharing about her own struggles and — in doing so—also invites her guests to do so. I always take away bits of learning and reflection that contribute to my wellness.
