Thank you

I was of the few ones who had a medical diagnosis with a rare type of Diabetes Type called Hormonal Diabetes 1.5. I was diagnosed with it in January 2015 at that time l was 215lbs and today 156 lbs. I had thyroid cancer stage 3 and major surgery and 2 years of treatments that destroyed my immune system back from 2003::::2006. Now due to my meds my weight has stabilized and have started yoga in October 2018. Like you l and my mom were on diets from our teens to our adulthood. My issue now to eat regularly eat to be sure my blood glucose stable. Like all of you my mom, aunt, uncle and myself have been on crash diets throughout are entire teen to adult years. For me at 5 “ 3 my comfort weight is between 154 to 159 lbs.

Very Informative!

Wow, just started listening to this podcast. The first one I heard was the inteview with Bruce Lipton. Stephanie had so much insight in this interview, I look forward to hearing future interviews as well as go back to hear episodes 001-062! Very informative! I'm super excited to hear the next interview with Sean Croxton. I have been following Sean for a few years now. He is an amazing interviewer...& I can't wait to hear him as the interviewee!
