Thank you for restoring my sanity!

I’ve been listening to your show for awhile now (maybe about a year before the plandemic). I always listen on my drive to work so I’ve been meaning to write a review but haven’t yet because I usually only think of doing so when I’m driving. What I wanted to tell you is how grateful I am for your generous sharing of information that helps me stay sane in this ridiculous time we’re living in. Honestly, you played a huge part in removing the fear I was feeling during the Convid communism. I was surrounded by people who swallowed all the propaganda our government (Skippy Castro) doled out and I felt very much alone in my views. Your podcast calmed me down enormously and I felt I had some community I could turn to for the truth of the situation. I just wanted you to know that the work you do does make a difference. I hope you feel the love your listeners have for you and know you’re contributing to a better world in a big way. And I have a suggestion for a podcast topic in case you haven’t yet planned on covering it. German New Medicine. I’m fascinated with this idea of how our emotions create disease and how we can heal ourselves through self examination. This is the first approach to natural healing I’ve seen that actually removes the fear surrounding disease through the understanding of how our body is working for us not against us. I’m not sure who you might want to interview but I first heard of it on Alec Zeck’s podcast when he interviewed Dr. Mellissa Sell. Thanks again Luke, much love from Canada!
Increasing depth

I’ve been listening to this podcast quite regularly for a few years. I find his voice calming. I appreciate that Luke has a conversational tone with his guests. I enjoy that he is increasingly exploring deeper topics of emotional and spiritual health instead of just geeking out on products. I hope he keeps going with this trend. I take his personal testimonials about what new product is working so amazingly with a grain of salt since he seems to be trying so many random and different health fads/gadget/procedures/supplements (which he didn’t have to pay full price for because they sponsor him) that I don’t really know how he could accurately differentiate what is benefiting him in which way. I enjoy this podcast not so much as an authority on health decisions (though I do consider the ideas I hear) but more as listening in on interesting conversations.
Self absorbed host

This guest sets the stage on what sounds like an astonishing breakthrough discovery with water and the host completely hijacks the conversation virtue signalling on worn out platitudes. Presumably he had his previous hundreds of episodes to get his love of himself out of the way to focus on guests. He’s also inconsiderate - not considering / not the capacity to consider how from the viewpoint of listeners this paradigm-shattering fantastic water subject could be more interesting and more of what his listeners want than his rambling on his philosophy which to him is profound but to anybody even a little above average consciousness is a real bore-fest.
