The podcast every mother needs to listen to

Short bursts of real, raw, and relatable stories of how to navigate motherhood with all the pressures is exactly what Chill Like A Mother is all about. Kayla is authentic as it gets and digs deep into how do work through that 4th trimester and beyond amidst managing your mental health. Coping strategies to help with anxiety, stress, depression, all while raising little ones is no easy feat and it’s nice to listen to those that just get it. Go listen to a few and you’ll see what I mean!

The information I wish I’d had

What sets this podcast apart is its unwavering commitment to highlighting that self-care is nonnegotiable (and how to actually get it). I wish it was around when my kids were little. Your words remind me that mothering is never done and I can still do so much to be chill and show up for myself and my kids.
