The Dice For Brains Podcast is an actual play show telling serialized stories through the course of a season with a focus on character and story development. The show is produced by an inclusive group that brings new players to the world of tabletop role playing games. Incredible RP
I have listened through the first 4 seasons so far and it is hard to believe this isn't scripted. A bit of a slow start in season 1 but well worth it. Simply stunning RP and gripping stories, totally based on character development and not power gaming stat crunchers. My hair stood up on end at the season 3 finale. Great work to all, especially Susan White.

If you're at all interested in a story-driven and character-focused actual play RPG produced with the listener's enjoyment in mind (high quality audio, engaged players, great editing and clean language), then stop what you're doing and download DfB now.
I've listened straight through four seasons over the last few weeks and cannot thank the cast and crew enough for such high-quality entertainment. Not only that, the way in which Ross doesn't let the rules impede the collaborative storytelling that this systems brings to life has inspired me to bring the same to my table!
Eagerly working my way through the Season 4 extras at the moment and am looking forward to diving into Season 5. Well done guys.
The galaxy is a big place
I’ve really enjoyed listening to this AP. Everyone gets into their characters and their motivations, and they are not afraid to go with the negative effects that the story and the dice bring to the table.
Ross does a great job of integrating elements of the movies once in a while in order to add more depth and make us feel that the PCs are part of the SW world. It’s fun to think that these session are part of the events going on behind the scenes. They may be lesser characters but still do their part to fight the Empire.
Keep up the great work.
