Life-changing podcast, good for mind, body, and soul

Hello ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been listening to the everyday Ayurveda and yoga podcast for a few months now and just want to say my entire life has been changing for the better. I was lost for a long time. One disease after another, pain here and pain there. I numbed it all down with drugs and alcohol like many do, waiting for something that would make me feel purposeful and at home. I have never felt more alive. There is quite a journey I need to make to undo all the harm and stress I placed my body under, but I want to say thank you ❤️🙏🏼 I am forever going to be a student of life and nature and hope things open up soon so I can visit and learn in person - I haven’t dreamed of anything in a long time but I dream of joining this team and spreading this message. So much love and gratitude for everything that Hale Pule (and Myra) do. Have a blessed day!
