BTS of My New Immersive Study Program

BTS of My New Immersive Study Program

An exclusive behind-the-scenes (BTS) look at my new immersive study program. Happening this Winter 2022.
For the first time, I take you behind the scenes to give you a first-hand look at how I’m re-working the existing system of studying & teaching yoga. For student who loves to practice, but looking to deepen their understanding of yoga. But doesn't necessarily want to teach yoga.
The issue that plagues the yoga world today is most people leap from loving asana to suddenly studying to become a yoga teacher. Skipping many parts & payers in between. This is a big loophole. There's a need for more yoga study or education programs in the modern-day context.  This is what we talk about today.

I share my 10 non-negotiables when starting a teacher training or study program. Perfect if you're keen to evaluate your own training or use this as a checklist to audit your previous yoga education.

We also explore the significance of this text in many ways in this conversation. If you're curious about why this text is standing the test of time. Tune in now.

C. J. Wolf ,

New listener likes what she hears

I have just started listening to "let’s talk yoga" and I love what I’m hearing. Like any true teacher, Arundhati guides us to think deeply about what we are doing and learning, to go beyond poses to the philosophy of yoga itself. She acknowledges her own imperfections and the wisdom of her teachers and examines the reinterpretation of yoga in the West. She tells it like she sees it in a respectful and challenging way. I can’t wait to listen to more episodes.

Mind blowing

Thank you ! I listened over my morning coffee today to 5 ways to verify the credibility. Perfect timing as last night while teaching I had this thought that I need to mention my teachers I’ve learned from over the years. It breaks my heart that western yoga has become competitive and not collective. Arundhati take a gentle approach on such a critical topic. My take away “are you following a yoga teacher or someone who is just really good at marketing”
