Chemaine offers such detailed and well researched advice in a way the average person can digest and apply to their daily lives to truly enhance it! So full of knowledge

I can’t say enough about my experience working with Chemaine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and focuses on your health first... magically the weight loss comes with that. I wanted to prove to myself I could feel good, drop weight and make it through the Christmas holidays still feeling good, enjoying some treats but able to stay on track with my goals and I DID!!! For me this was going to be my biggest hurdle and I came out of the biggest “eating” season of the year, still down and feeling great! If I can do it, you can too 💕
