Audio is soooo fast
I would love to listen but find it so difficult as the audio has them speaking so fast, I just can’t follow the dialogue. Is this sped up? Is there anything I can do to slow this down? Or is this really how fast you are speaking?? Help.

I found this podcast and binge listened to every episode over the summer. The podcast is filled with energy and great information for anyone who wants to be a health coach or just wants to learn more about improving their health!
