Hands down my favourite podcast. Not only does Shawn share the most well-researched, up-to-date health info on a weekly basis, he delivers it in a way that’s just so enjoyable to listen to. I always come away feeling empowered and inspired to take positive action in my life and also to spread the message of health, REAL health to others. I tell everybody who’s interested in health to listen to this podcast and I pre-ordered three copies of Shawn’s latest book, Eat Smarter for myself and two of my family members.
