Hands down my favourite podcast. Not only does Shawn share the most well-researched, up-to-date health info on a weekly basis, he delivers it in a way that’s just so enjoyable to listen to. I always come away feeling empowered and inspired to take positive action in my life and also to spread the message of health, REAL health to others. I tell everybody who’s interested in health to listen to this podcast and I pre-ordered three copies of Shawn’s latest book, Eat Smarter for myself and two of my family members. Can’t wait to get them but in the meantime I’ll do what I always do: wait eagerly for the next episode to drop and keep spreading the word about what it really means to be healthy in today’s world. The model health show has been changing my life for the better every week for over three years. I came across the show at a point in my life when I was coping with grief, and was surrounded with suffering every day in my work. Shawn’s lighthearted vibe, knowledge, and ability to break down science in layman’s terms helped empower me to increase my vitality and make choices to elevate my mood, sleep and health. I have listened to the Model Health Show driving in my car, cooking dinner, in the bath, and while training for a marathon.
