Amazing and Captivating Nutrition Podcast

I love this podcast and what it’s trying to do- make us stop viewing food as an enemy or a source of comfort. Having all of the doctors on it really elevates it from the typical podcast with little scientific support/research. But despite all the research it’s so fascinating! It’s like if Malcolm Gladwell did a nutrition podcast. I hope this podcast runs forever!!

Great podcast, hate the number of ads

This is such a great, informative, evidence based podcast that should be required listening! I find it engaging- not dry- and love the banter. What I hate is the amount of ads they run. For a 20 minute episode, there are 3+ minutes of ads- WAY more than other podcasts. Yuck!

Fun and thought provoking

The hosts speak plainly with humour and intelligence- found the pod on Tuesday and binged them all by Thursday!
