A Message From Juna And Eddie + Anything For Selena

Hosts Juna Gjata and Dr. Eddie Phillips return with a special message, and another great podcast recommendation. Juna and Eddie are hard at work making the second season of Food, We Need To Talk, but in the meantime be sure to check out Anything For Selena.

In Anything for Selena, host Maria Garcia takes listeners on a deeply personal journey into the life and legacy of the Mexican-American popstar Selena Quintanilla. She shares how Selena's music and unapologetic sense of identity helped her find her own place in the world. And it explores how Selena's legacy continues to spark important conversations around race, class, and body politics.

So Cool!

I just found this podcast thanks to my sister in law and I am loving it! It has bite sized episodes on all different food and exercise related topics. The hosts have great banter and are super fun and funny. I want more episodes!

Amazing

This podcast tells it like it is. Juna and Dr. Phillips are fun to listen to. They have a ton of common sense ideas that we just needed permission to believe again (even when they disagree with all the food hype we see every day).
Can't wait for Seaon 2!!! 💕

So glad I found this podcast

I found this podcast through Dear Sugars (which I’m also obsessed with). After struggling throughout the past 12 years with disordered eating, exercise addiction and body issues, I finally can say I’m at a healthy (ish) place with food. I love listening to this podcast as it’s so informative about struggles that a lot of us tend to keep hidden (binge eating for example). Thanks for making such a helpful podcast and I hope to hear more in season two!
