    In this episode I celebrate 365 days of being sober. It’s a long path and can feel like a mountain to climb, but it’s all worth it in the end. I go in to depth about his experiences with substances & the journey of becoming sober. I also talk about the tools I have developed and uses daily to overcome cravings and beating the addiction. The GETSTUNG lifestyle was a big part of it & I go in to depth about that as well.
