How to Stop Taking The Easy Out and Follow Through On Your Goals

The easiest path is always the one that’s lit up, but that doesn’t mean it’s the one that leads to growth. In this episode, I share a lesson I had during a cycle class the other day — everywhere in life, the exit is ALWAYS visible and available. The temptation to quit, to slow down, to say “this is hard” and back out is there every single time, and yet, choosing to stay, push through, and embrace resistance is where transformation happens. I share how to train your brain to push through resistance, especially in moments when you want to opt out.
