Thanks Jimmy!

Thanks to your show Jimmy and your guest Jay Bilas I won $100 in the Bet365 challenge but I’m not sending him a cut. He mentioned people send him checks when they win. Love your show, your references to New York and your Italian families with Sal. I’m married to one and can totally relate! Although I live in Canada I frequent NYC and enjoy the sports venues there. Keep up the great work!
An Excellent Podcast

I’ve been listening to the SI Media podcast since I became familiar with Richard D from his appearances (and eventual hosting) on Toronto sports talk radio. I wasn’t sure what to expect when he left SI, but Jimmy has been a great standard bearer. Traina Thoughts is a must listen every week and while I don’t always listen to the guest interviews (I prefer the other sports media reporter interviews to sports media personalities), they are fun when I do listen. Keep it up!
Great Guests and Industry Insight

Jimmy you are on a role with fantastic guests. I really enjoyed the interview with Nantz and Romo. What I enjoyed the most is you didn’t shy away from the social media backlash Tony has received. An uncomfortable topic but I think you handled it very well. Now for the negative…..you have to learn how to shut up and let your guests talk. You talk over them way too often. You don’t need to do the Nantz/Tiger 2+ minute silence but let your guests finish their thoughts. They should be the star of the show not you. Trev
One of my Favourite Pods

Jimmy is able to mix business, sports, and media topics into engaging conversations with some of the biggest names in the media. Having grown up in NY, but currently living in Canada, the podcast also has some extra nostalgic appeal for me. The best thing I can say about his (nearly) weekly segment with Sal, apart from their great rapport and banter, is that I genuinely miss the segment on weeks when Sal’s not available. p.s. - looking forward to hearing you dissect the next round of personnel changes at ESPN.
