She is an author, certified yoga teacher and Co-founder of Movement Therapy Spaces, a co-working inspired space for therapists and holistic providers. Her areas of clinical focus are helping to support and guide women who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, along with mamas who are managing the ups and downs of motherhood.
