    139. How Resilient People Manage Stress with Dr.Deborah Gilboa

When we're navigating something new or have a big decision ahead of us, we often stall at making a choice. This occurs for many reasons, including lack of strategy, limited attention spans, stress, unclear values, cognitive biases, and our tendency to overestimate our abilities.
And for us women, we overvalue what other people think. So even if it's clear as day, we will choose something that we believe favors the group over what we know is right.
    Sound familiar?
This week I chat with the talented Dr. Deborah Gilboa about becoming a more resilient version of yourself and how to make choices with conviction. Here's a tip...
When faced with s big decision, ask yourself, "What choices do I have?" List the options and then align your intention and purpose. This will help point you in the right direction, no matter how it turns out. Good or bad, the outcome will be expected (and something you're prepared for.)
"Resilience is the ability to navigate change with intention and purpose" - Deborah Gilboa
In this episode, you will learn about:
How we don't lose worth as we age Understanding patient resilience How change, even good change, causes fear and anxiety How are brain always defaults to protecting us Why change makes us feel lost, distrust and discomfort How to persevere toward your dream What it means to be a wild woman:
Aiming higher. You rarely achieve something that’s higher than what you aim for. Mentions:

    138. Birthing Businesses, Babies, and Life Beyond Labels with Julie Cole

    138. Birthing Businesses, Babies, and Life Beyond Labels with Julie Cole

There are way too many expectations of us as women and mothers, and some of the best advice, although easier said than done, is to quietly not buy into it.
Ask yourself, what are all the things you need to let go of?
A messy house Fast food meals Matching sock Know what hill you want to die on. Messy bedrooms, dirty kitchen, overflowing inbox...
You have to pick what's right for you and prioritize accordingly. You can't please them all, so focus on who you must pay attention to and forget the rest. You only have so much capacity in a day, a life, and the most important people in your life, are right in front of you.
    Be there for them.
And if you have a business, create and PROTECT the time for the most critical tasks so you can be home every day.
This week I chat with the brilliant Julie Cole, co-founder of Mabel's Labels, award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author, mom of six, and sought-after speaker and emcee. We jam on all things finding your balance and how to do things (like life) YOUR way.
In this episode, you will learn about:
How to manage home life and business life How to get comfortable with the uncomfortable The tricks to grow a business with multiple co-founders Success is liking who you are Why you really really should not care what other people think Having independent kids is super important Knowing your value and honoring your time What it means to be a wild woman:

    137. How to Do The Inner Work That Creates Next Level Success Tracy Litt

    137. How to Do The Inner Work That Creates Next Level Success Tracy Litt

    Hey you wild women!
Personal development is not a weekend course, it's a lifelong journey, and if we aren't facing our trauma, we can't heal the pain.
And if we can't heal the pain, there is no chance we can move on, grow, and prosper because we will stay stuck in a vicious cycle of despair.
I learned this week while chatting with the brilliant Tracy Litt that everyone can heal. And this is especially true when it comes to muting the dialogue in your head about how you're not good enough or experienced enough to do what you want and be who you like.
Tracy's guiding principles around identity (who you are and how you want to be perceived) were shaped by the following quote: "Someone once told me the definition of hell; on your last day on Earth, the person you could have become will meet the person you became." You owe it to yourself to become that person today, so tune in to listen to her guiding wisdom.
In this episode, you will learn about the following:
How to expand and change yourself How fear and worthiness issues are the common denominator of failing That you are already worthy and you deserve greatness Tracy's idea of identity shifting Your identity is your creator How the deeper you heel, the higher you go How we are wired to be safe What it means to be a wild woman:

    136. How to Identify What's Next for Your New Chapter with Lydia Lee

You can create a new identity, level up your life, pivot, and take new risks whenever you want to. In addition, you can be free from your current situation, job, business, or relationship if it's no longer serving you.
Who you are has nothing to do with what you do, so if that thing (business/career) is killing you, it's time to move on or shake things up.
In this episode, I chat with Lydia Lee, the Work Reinvention Coach and Freedom Instigator at Screw The Cubicle, about changing the narrative around quarter-life and mid-life crises to times of reinvention. We touch on her genius model of the sweet spot, where purpose, meaningful work, and impact come together.
In this episode you will learn about:
How we lose creativity as we get older Why taking time out is really important How maybe who we are is no longer serving us How to unlearn misaligned perspectives The sweet spot for meaningful work  Lydia's model for helping women find their sweet spot What it means to be a wild woman:
Not to be so stubborn in getting through one way in life - Lydia lee Mentions:

    135. Improving the Health of Your Business with Danielle Levy

    135. Improving the Health of Your Business with Danielle Levy

Do you remember the last time you stopped doing a task you knew you shouldn't be doing? Or the last time you delegated something you've been managing for way too long?
I bet you felt really good.
And I bet it opened up a lot of space in your calendar to do the things you are more passionate about.
I'll never forget when I hired Shanelle to work with me in my agency. She randomly pinged me on Twitter to offer to help me write some blog posts, which eventually led to her managing the company blog and growing the business.
At the time, I had little time for outlining content, writing, editing, and publishing, though it was an essential business task. So when Shanelle showed up in my life, it was a blessing that I needed to work with someone who was good at it and gave me the capacity to scale.
This week I chatted with the talented Danielle Levy about cleaning up shop, weeding things out, and massively delegating work so you can effectively grow your business.
In this episode, you will learn about:
The difference between the front and the back of our business house Do a front-of-house and back-of-house business diagnostic every week Why you need not be the bottleneck in your business How to protect the one function that keeps the company running Why we are afraid to delegate How to become the person that doesn't have the answer to everything The weight of money is different when you have an emotional connection to it Figuring out where you can get help is also about figuring out how you want to spend your time What it means to be a wild woman:

    134. How to Discover your Authentic Self with Annie Leib

    134. How to Discover your Authentic Self with Annie Leib

80% of the people around you don't have guiding principles.
They don't have values or words they live by, and they aren't accountable to themselves.
They coast through their days, just going through life in ways other people expect of them, not representing themselves as their authentic selves. So, naturally, this leaves them feeling empty.
Living out of integrity with what we want makes us feel depleted, chronically tired, and anxious. We hold onto our old ways because it feels safe, even though it's killing us. "You think you're getting more control by holding on so tightly, but if you loosen the reins to what you're holding on to, you can have a much freer life." - Annie Leib.
So how do you break out of that give give give mentality and find inner peace? It starts with what my guest Annie Leib calls the BREATH modality, and we go into it on this week's episode. Annie is a Global Credibility Expert, 2x TEDx speaker, an international bestselling author of over 60 books, and a publisher of over 750 books. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including a multi-billion dollar corporation, to create better leaders who directly impact staff loyalty, client retention, and an increased bottom line.
In this episode, you will learn about:
How to have more experiences in reaching different people How the hardest part is deciding Annie's BREATH modality How to find and embed your core values to guide your day Why we need to face the trauma to heal Why we are scared of the word 'trauma.' People want more personal freedom but fear taking action to get it

In awe about all the super humans interviewed!

Renee has a story a lot of people can draw inspiration from. Hearing the story of how some of her guests took the leap of faith to own their lives as entrepreneurs and be super moms has been special to tune into. Highly recommend it to anyone who feels like they need to take a leap of faith but feels like they’re juggling too much!
