Calming

I’ve had trouble sleeping for many years and relied on sleeping pills. One of the biggest problem was the racing mind at bed time. Since I started listening to Eric I no longer have that problem. I just love his soothing and calming voice. The way he tells the stories keeps me captive until I fall asleep. I find that if I wake up during the night I just continue listening and fall back asleep. It’s a game changer. I’m so grateful that I found this. Thank you Eric! I hope you reach your goal.
