Wildly Entertaining
I absolutely love this podcast. So sweet and full of heart! I knew that the dub made changes and I knew they made silly jokes but I didn't realize just how much the english writers changed. Its so interesting to hear the hosts perspectives on how the changes affect the tone of the scenes and the overall tone of the show. From reasonable localizations to 'Mumu' >.> I'm about midway through their 02 review but based on how thoroughly entertaining the experience has been I'll definitely be in it for the long haul. May and Jay I love the analysis, I hope you're still enjoying the process as much as you did when you started out. I especially love that despite having only just watched adventure Jay looks back on it fondly compared to the barely functional plot hole that is 02. Anyways, this is a little rambly. Digitastic Digicast.
THIS PODCAST IS PRODIGIOUS
If you love digimon, this podcast is for you. Love the comparison between the japanese and english versions of the show. Jay's deadpan is fantastic and May's passion is infectious. If you love digimon, vaguely remember digimon or love pondering over head-scratchingly confusion 4kids makes to perfectly good anime, you'll be in for a great time
