Explained SO Well!

Finding the tools

Motivation

Dear Dr Brian. Thank you for this podcast. It changed my thinking and motivated me even more, to go down a path I entered three years ago. I have not reversed my type 2 yet. After 17 years living with it I was able to bring it down to pre diabetes stage which in itself is an accomplishment. I look forward to the day both of you would change the minds of Diabetes educators, endocrinologist and healthcare providers so they won’t discourage people from learning how to reverse type 2 diabetes. The path to success is not the same for everyone. But everyone has a right to know it can be done. Thank you and may God bless you both. Ms Junaid.
