Grape Therapy: Elyse Myers Talks BIP (+ Brandon & Serene!)

Vinos in Christ, are you tired of feeling like someone’s cool aunt? Well, so is Shanae, and today we’re getting into her breakup and alllll the other Bachelor in Paradise drama with podcast host, Bachelor superfan, and future DWTS contestant, Elyse Myers. Elyse had the privilege of attending the Bachelor in Paradise Reunion afterparty and she is giving us all the behind the scenes on what it was like to be there and meet Bachelor alum IRL. And, if you happen to know who stole her tacos on the rooftop after-afterparty, please DM us immediately. Elyse shares which part of this season made her cry, her Bachelor Nation crushes, and her favorite finale moments. Then, happy couple Brandon and Serene hop on the mic with Kaitlyn for a mini-interview, where they reveal which parts of Paradise made them almost quit, the recipe for happiness on the beach, and what’s to come next in their (almost too cute) relationship.

Lori Gottlieb: Rewriting Our Stories & Navigating the Holidays

Anyone interested in an extra dose of therapy this week? Well, you’re in luck! Psychotherapist, podcast host, and New York Times bestselling author, Lori Gottlieb, is here right in time to help us actually enjoy the holiday season, no matter what stress might come along with it. We all tell stories about our lives, but it’s important to remember that we’re unreliable narrators who may need to do some serious editing. In this episode, Lori shares how we can rewrite our stories, offer wise compassion to ourselves and others, and make serious progress outside of therapy through her many resources. Plus, she’s offering her highly sought after “Dear Therapists” advice to the Vinos who are looking to set and hold boundaries during the holiday season. Kaitlyn and Lori end the podcast with intimate confessions and give some helpful homework to the listeners right before we sit down at the Thanksgiving table.

Grape Therapy: Danielle Maltby is a Hopeful Romantic

The woman who brightens up all of our TV screens each week on Bachelor in Paradise is reunited with KB on the pod! Danielle Maltby is in person with Kaitlyn to talk about everything from career and healthcare, including her transition to becoming a Nurse Injector and her own pod, The WoMed, to her time on the beaches of Paradise where she could be found giving sage advice and the occasional pimple pop. She shares the sweet reason why she decided to come out of Bachelor Nation retirement this season, why she was nervous to get back on screen, and what did and didn’t happen with Michael pre-Paradise. KB and Danielle dive into this week’s episodes, giving their thoughts on all the relationships this season and dissect some of the toxic ideals of romance that we’ve seen on the beach. Plus, we hear what Danielle discovered when she finally entered the infamous Boom Boom Room and the special moment between her and Michael we didn’t get to see.

Lauryn and Michael Bosstick (TSC): Sex, Love, & Italian Food

The brilliant (and extremely cute) couple behind The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER Podcast, among many other endeavors, joins Kaitlyn IRL in Austin, Texas for a podcast swaparoo! Lauryn Evarts Bosstick and Michael Bosstick have evolved from a romance at just 12 years old (getting caught in closets) to business partners and parents of two kiddos, and they’re back on the pod to share everything behind their relationship and their parenthood journey thus far. Michael and Lauryn reveal why Lauryn despised pregnancy but loved giving birth (yep, loved it), the differences so far between raising a boy and a girl, how they prioritize their relationship even over parenting, and what it’s actually like to work together (hint: it’s not easy). We also get some failproof b*****b techniques, incredible book recs, and tips for dealing with postpartum depression. Yes, we’re really covering ALL the topics on this one.

Grape Therapy: Wells Adams on Bachelor in Paradise & The Universe

America’s favorite bartender and pizza connoisseur, Wells Adams, is back on the pod today to recap this week’s dose of Bachelor in Paradise and share what he’s been up to, from his beautiful time on the beach to his wedding with the love of his life, Sarah Hyland. It only makes sense that the two dive into the moon, mushrooms, and the afterlife before they get into what we’re all here for: Bachelor Nation content and the juicy goss that comes along with it. Kaitlyn and Wells talk all about the current and past relationships on the beach, the timing and behind the scenes of Bachelor in Paradise filming, and spill some Bachelor Nation tea with Kermit Bristowe. Be sure to look out for their potential new show, Doing Mushrooms on the Golf Course (working title), hopefully coming to a streaming platform soon, and check out Wells’ actual show on Hulu, Best in Dough!

Big podcast guy

Love this podcast and the variety of topics it covers. I love the fun interview style and the way she engages with her guests. This has also helped me on days when I need a little lift.

It’s ok

Not a bad pod , but for someone who seems to advocate mental health issues, well , sometimes she just doesn’t seem to care. And that’s awful.

plantlady28 ,

Surprisingly great

Kaitlyn’s charisma really translates well to this podcast. Not every personality makes for a great interviewer, but hers absolutely does. She’s thoughtful, inquisitive and opinionated in all the right ways. By far one of the best podcasts to come from a Bach alum.
