Consistency is the key

This podcast covers a wide variety of topics. Unlike other podcasts, Scott does not come across like a know it all douchebag. I also like that we are not regaled with tales of every inane thing going on it Scott's life. This is a podcast that other fitness people should learn from. Professional in every way.

This podcast is one I look forward to the most every week. Great content, fantastic guests and extremely insightful conversation. It is very encouraging to see someone working so hard to provide this sort of learning freely available. Thank you Scott for all the work and passion! Also - I love your questions asking your interviewees about their favourite book. I'm an avid reader myself and you only help expand my library. Listening keeps my passion for coaching alive. PS that last Dan John interview will hopefully help me get my snatch test goal soon!
