Advice and tips to live a more healthy life

I love listening to these 2 amazing Australian doctors. Their message is clear - eat low carb real food. I have struggled with my weight for 10 years but I have now lost 20lbs and I’m never hungry. I eat meat, fish and vegetables and have cut out almost all processed foods. These podcasts remind me why I’m doing what I’m doing. Totally recommend
