can’t wait for more!

so far, this podcast is still fairly new as there are only 2 episodes so far, but both episodes have been very insightful thus far.

although, i know what it’s like to have an eating disorder, Ciandra Birnbaum explores parts of the topic at hand in a way i would have never considered to which makes it very eye opening. it allows me to look at my eating disorder from an outsider perspective rather than the victimized mindset which is very refreshing. i find it very helpful to be able to take a step back and sort of make sense of what’s happening to me.
the topics that have been discussed so far have been handled in a very understanding and safe way as well.

i can’t wait for Birnbaum to come out with more episodes.
