DAYS 3 & 4 of my 4 day WATER FAST.
My 4 day / 96 hour fast is over. I actually gained weight during this fast. WTF? But overall lost 3 pounds in 4 days. Let me tell you about it.

Chill and a little sleepy, but happy, on DAY 2 of 4 DAY of my extended WATER FAST. I did a salt water 💦 flush today and talk about that whole production. 😏
