    This week, we had the pleasure and honour of sitting down with Alison DeNicola, a renowned yoga and meditation teacher, energy healer, and retreat leader. With over 20 years of experience in tarot, yoga, meditation, and hypnotherapy, Alison has evolved into an inspirational award winning author and healer in various mind-body practices. She's the author and creative force of six inspirational card deck and book sets, including the award-winning Mudras for Awakening the Energy Body. Alison also hosts the Beyond the Cards podcast for US Games and leads transformative retreats to sacred sites around the world.
