Hi, I’m a 58 year old woman who has struggled with up-and-down big emotions my entire life. I know it’s stems from childhood and counseling many times. One thing I have learned is that I am anxious. I perseverate over things that are troubling me recently I’ve discovered that I just put everyone else’s needs before my own needs. Your podcast very much resonates with me. I want to thank you for opening my eyes and mind thinking differently and hopefully I will finally get on top of this anxiety and find some helpful tools. Thank you!
