The Greatest Podcast of all TIme
When I first became an investor focused Realtor, I found the Canadian real estate market complicated and was overwhelmed by all the different information I came across. Trying to make sense of it all, felt-akin to a mouse trying to find it's way through a maze, without a map, which was confusing to say the least.
At times, it was disheartening as I attempted to make smart investment decisions. Dan, Nick and Mitch paved the way for me by simplifying the complex aspects of the market into easy-to-understand insights and strategies that I could immediatley inertnalize and use.
When I had implemented what I had learned from the guys to make a smart real estate investment analysis, it turned out successful. It slowly dawned upon me that I had discovered a gold mine of information.
Lastly, since become a member of their course, I now feel more confident about my real estate decisions, I keep up with market trends and I feel empowered by all the knowledge i've gained.
